"What a magical place this is! I almost don’t want to give it a 5⭐️ Review as I want to keep its secret all to myself! The cottage has everything you need it to have. The location is perfect and the bonus of a parking space is the icing on the cake. Jonathan is a brilliant host, full of recommendations and always available for queries. We had one of the best holidays and didn’t want to leave- 😊. Thank you"

"We stayed in this charming cottage for a week and had a fabulous time. It is comfortable and clean.
The main bedroom is a really good size and the bed is very comfortable. No shortage of hot water, the shower is very powerful.
The really wonderful thing about the cottage is its location. It is so close to the beaches, the shops and the front, making it just perfect as you can pop back at any time without any effort. Having a parking space is just "the icing on the cake".
We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked to go back again."

"What a Dream! I feel so lucky to have been able to experience this beautiful home. I heard about the Cornish Riviera for a long time and was really excited to visit, so finding this gem to lodge was incredible. The home is absolutely gorgeous and perfect with everything you need for a short or longish stay. The location cannot be more perfect! Everything you need and want is with in a few steps. I enjoyed lovely walks, especially to the center of town and the beautiful beaches! The hosts are available 24/7 for any little questions and are fantastic to interact with. I cannot recommend this enough and will surely come back as soon as I have the opportunity."

"What a wonderful week our family have just had staying at this beautiful cottage. It was spotlessly clean, a delicious cream tea greeted us on arrival and it has the comfiest king size bed! Everything we needed was just a few minutes walk away. With just a short drive we also experienced beautiful surrounding attractions, including St Michael’s Mount. A super place in the heart of St Ives. Would highly recommend it! 👍"

"Well we had an absolutely fabulous week away with St Ives holiday rentals. The accommodation and location was spot on for relaxation, but just 5 minutes stroll away the Hubabaloo of St Ives when required - Copius amounts of sea, sand, surf, quality pastries, caffiene and alcohol were all a stone's throw away so basically it ticked all the boxes. The house was comfy, clean and well thought out and we were able to kick back and unwind. Great coastal walks to justify a treat and immense scenery. Will definitely be returning back once once my addiction to portuguese custard tarts has relented (slightly)."

If you are looking for the perfect cottage, with the perfect host, in the perfect location, then this is it. We parked our car in the space that comes with the accommodation at the beginning of the week and did not drive it again until we left. St.Ives has the perfect combination of arts, fun, culture and sport all within a short walk of the cottage, from the Tate, to Barbara Hepworth's house, from Bernard Leach's pottery to the charmingly old fashioned St.Ives Museum. Porthmeor beach is just a short walk away, perfect for surfing, swimming and walking onto the coastal paths. The cottage has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and a great space for a family to hang out if the weather should become too inhospitable! The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering and you can dine out or get any type of take-away you could wish just a short walk away. Despite its central location it is quiet at night. I cannot recommend staying here more highly!!

"We stayed at stivesholidayrental cottage for a week in October. A lovely little cottage just a stone’s throw from the main shopping/restaurant/harbour area. It had everything we needed (including kitchen knives which were actually sharp!) St Ives is a lovely place with some very steep hills, beautiful beaches and views. Having a parking space was a huge bonus for us as they are like hen’s teeth otherwise! Highly recommend this place if you want to relax and read a book or use as a base for culinary exploration as we did (the taster menu at One Fish St is worth the trip in itself). It was just what we needed and we can’t wait to go back again sometime. Thanks!"

"We've just enjoyed an absolutely wonderful holiday at the cottage.
Its location, on a quiet, historic lane, but so close to the centre of St.Ives with its quaint, narrow streets, characterful shops and beautiful harbour and beaches, is hard to beat. It is only a less than two minutes walk to the heart of the town, with everything it offers.
The cottage is sensitively presented, with preserved original features, and was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, with all mod cons, such as the smart TV and broadband wi-fi. There was always plentiful hot water and the shower was great. The kitchen is small but cute and had everything we needed to cater for ourselves. The place was very clean. It was absolutely brilliant to have a parking space so near, which was so convenient.
Getting to know St. Ives a bit over an unhurried few days, we found that the town is totally charming. It has a nice, friendly atmosphere. There is something about the light that is very special. When the sun was shining over the sea it was easy to think that we were somewhere on the Mediterranean! Porthminster beach is very attractive and more family-friendly and the sunsets are lovely from Porthmeor beach, and the waves good fun!
We really enjoyed being around St. Ives and its beautiful beaches in the daytime and enjoyed eating in the lovely restaurants some of the evenings, and we indulged in cream teas more often than we care to admit!"

We can't recommend this lovely holiday cottage highly enough. We had an absolutely brilliant stay and we look forward to coming back soon!

"St Ives is said to be "the dazzling jewel in Cornwall’s crown" and it certainly disappoint and neither did our lovely accommodation for the week. The cottage is beautifully presented with a sensitive renovation of a miners cottage with hints of the past dotted amongst it's modern upgraded interior with the added bonus of a parking space just short walk away. The wall of old magazine pages was a wonderful talking point at meal times. We immediately felt at home and settled into our home for the week (devouring the cream tea that had been provided for us - thank you). The cottage is located just a short walk from the main harbour, and once you have found your way through the tiny streets and alleyways it's not long before you can find yourself at any of the three main local beaches (all within walking distance). The cottage has all the amenities you need to eat in and the kitchen has been really well thought out to maximise the space, but it's also worth checking out some of the local eateries in St Ives too, all of which we found to be really high quality. The location of the cottage and the dedicated parking space means you can also venture out of St Ives safe in the knowledge that when you get back you can easily park your car (you will see that car parking is a premium in St Ives and so having one with the cottage is such a bonus). The small courtyard at the back of the cottage has been great to wash wetsuits and hanging them to dry, with the added bonus of a washing machine and dryer in the outside storage area if you need them. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, it was faultlessly clean, had everything we needed (yes even WiFi - especially useful as our mobile signal was non-existent) and the owners were always contactable when we had questions. If you want an authentic St Ives experience then we have no hesitation in recommending this cottage which sits right at the heart of the town with it's timeless charm and high quality presentation. We will definitely be back!"
